Dan graduated from college in 2011 with a degree in Economics, but soon after realized his vision for his future involved multi-family real estate. Dan worked for a property management company for seven years while acquiring and managing a profitable portfolio of rental properties in the Minneapolis metropolitan area. Dan excels in his role of Asset Management by ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and works with property managers, all while increasing the property's value. Dan helps our investors and partners grow their wealth over time by acquiring multi-family real estate that has the potential to grow in value.
Hannah Walther
Managing Partner
Hannah's passion for people originated in nursing and evolved into providing passive, high-yield income for investors. Hannah delivers quality service to build relationships with clients and, more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Throughout her career, she has held a proven track record and is a driven, strategic thinker finding tactical solutions daily. Hannah is passionate about growing business relationships and partnerships and incorporates her drive into her role in Investor Relations.
